AMGEN TOUR OF CA GOES THROUGH DOWNTOWN CAMBRIA FOR THE FIRST TIME!

The Amgen Tour of California is based on the format of the Tour De France and in it’s sixth year is choosing to take Santa Rosa Creek Road between Highway 1 and Paso Robles.

This means Cambria’s own Main Street will soon be filled to the brim with spokes, helmets, bikers and spectators on May 19 when they are scheduled to come through!
Come be a part of the fun!

We are located on Main Street and will be right at the center of all of the action! Rooms are booking up quickly and the excitement is growing as the tour is quickly approaching.

Here we are, blogging on the world wide web. Who would have ever seen this day coming. We’re up on twitter and Facebook too! When it comes to social bookmarking, we’re all in!

Our webmaster, Flash Buddy (we know, crazy name – great work) talked us into setting up WordPress as a content management system. He swore it would be ‘easy as pie’ for us to self manage our website. Well, so far so good. We still have a few ideas on the back burner and it will be interesting to see how our new content management system works with these future dreams.
